Bitumen Flat Roofing Association (BFRA)

Leading the way in the reinforced bitumen flat roofing (RBM) industry. We believe in collaborating with trade associations, utilising our vast technical knowledge in RBM to achieve our common goals. Reinforced bituminous membranes make up over 50% of the UK flat roofing market and was until recently unrepresented by a dedicated trade organisation. We seek to ensure our members are recognised as industry leaders and seek to ensure that the collective views of the industry are represented. We envision a bright future where RBM systems are consistently chosen, installed and maintained to the highest possible standards across the entire spectrum of manufacturing, certification, training, sustainability and workmanship. Our mission is to create a trade association led by experts that will champion the interests of all those involved in the manufacture, design, specification and installation of Reinforced Bituminous Membranes.
