When Founder, Kate McAleer, first envisioned Bixby & Co., she thought of creating unique, artisan products that would please the palette and provide nutritional value. That’s exactly what she did. Since 2011, Bixby & Co., has been devoted to crafting “THE CANDY BAR REINVENTED.” Our mission is to produce healthy, delicious chocolate snack bars that INDULGE. SATISFY. ENERGIZE. The Bixby Bars are crafted fresh in our Rockland, Maine production center. Our recipes exclude preservatives, additives and corn syrup. Bixby Bars have a delectable combination of dried fruits, nuts, spices and organic chocolate, all together giving rich flavors.
