The BiY programme These programmes are designed to get you and your business into shape and operating at your best. How does it work? In a number of ways… • We help you address your key business challenges with other owner managers like you facing just the same issues, in a round-the-table peer group setting. There are 3 of these sessions in the programme to help you cover all the things you might need some help and inspiration with. • We refer you to any of our associate specialists who you might want some help from… whether this is with getting your proposition clarified, increasing your appointments, closing more deals, being a better networker… or with things that can help you function better, such as your CRM system, your IT or telecoms, or help with access to finance, employments issues and even mitigating how much tax you pay. • We also help find you more of the contacts and referrals you want, through understanding who you’re looking for and where to find them. Our extensive database of businesses in Yorkshire means that we can probably put you in touch with a number of people that might want to do business with you, or others who can help with referrals. • We also give you access to some really useful events to help with your personal and business development.
