My method starts high-level and drills down, using structured data tables that AI can analyze for granular insights and messaging. I use Excel to create detailed, low-cost forecasts that reflect how each business operates. These models can now be turned into custom web apps—delivering powerful, affordable solutions without the need for large budgets or teams.
