Established in 1995 BJB Consulting is a rapidly expanding consultancy with offices in London, Birmingham and Leeds delivering projects throughout the UK.
We have considerable experience in all types of buildings structures and infrastructure works. From the start of our appointment we take a proactive review of the Civil & Structural design informing our clients how they can reduce the contract sum with innovative engineering skills ensuring a competitive tender and efficient use of budgets.
We boast an excellent reputation for winning a high percentage of design and build contracts with recommendations from established clients. We have long standing working relationships with local and national contractors providing due diligence and advice on various schemes to eliminate risks from the construction process.
In addition to our core activity we act as lead consultant for major public sector projects appointing and co-ordinating other design professionals (Architects M&E Consultants and Quantity Surveyors).This has resulted in providing a seamless and co-ordinated design package under one responsibility.
We regularly participate in contractor selection and procurement on behalf of our private and public sector clients, in addition to providing detailed cost plans.
