Baker- og konditorbransjens Landsforening er en bransjeforening for bakerier og konditorier i Norge. Organisasjonen ble etablert i 1893 og har i snart 125 år vært en pådriver for å fremme faget og bakerivirksomhetenes interesse. Både bedriftsmedlemmer og personlige medlemmer med svennebrev kan være medlem av organisasjonen.
