Bangladesh-Korea Technical Training Centre is a technical training center in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This institution is located in Mirpur, Dhaka. It was founded in 1942 as a training center for veterans of World War II. It runs under the Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET). This government organization provides various courses to make people more skillful for their future workplace. It received grants from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), the internal development agency of South Korea.
BKTTC is located adjacent to Mirpur road, Darus-Salam, Dhaka. The total area of BKTTC, Dhaka is 19.5 acres. The Centre has a good number of well-equipped classrooms, laboratories/ conference hall. It has an aesthetic beauty with verdant surroundings provide a perfect environment for training, study, discussion, reflection, and introspection. BKTTC, Dhaka has also a good library, recreational, sports facilities on the campus. Medical facilities are also available on the campus It has modern facilities for conducting training, organizing conferences, seminars, and workshops. A cafeteria is located at the north-east corner of BKTTC. It has a big auditorium of 500 seats for conducting national and special programs.
