Since our flagship Organic Black Winter Truffle Powder (100% Tuber melanosporum), we have expanded to robust and beautifully flavored black and white truffle concentrates in oil-soluble, water soluble, and powder form extracts. As of 2022, BBT also includes Wild Crafted White Truffle Powder (Tuber magnatum), dried Black Truffle Pieces (Tuber aestevum) and fresh black and white truffles on demand when in season.
