BDF is a non-profit organization, representing members in California. Anchored in affordable housing and community development, BDF’s mission is to represent Black real estate developers by advancing their achievements across all business sectors and where members live and work. Black real estate developers are the voice of change and help by providing advocacy leadership for effective public policies, access to capital, professional development, research, and collaborative opportunities throughout the state.
