We have extensive experience across large scale once in a lifetime infrastructure projects and globally recognized sporting events across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia. We love a challenge and taking on work that others shy away from. Developing and implementing processes that help projects that have no defined blueprint in place come as second nature to us. We strongly believe the success in any projects lies with refined definition at the start, pulling the brief apart and solid communication about how everyone wants the project to develop and evolve. Our starting point is research We want to make sure we really understand the potential of the project – to discover how people really use spaces. Where do they come together? What spaces are most loved? How do people move through the spaces? Where do they gather? We engage with all key stakeholders to truly understand their needs which will be critical to the success of all proposals. After the research comes the testing The testing phase is where we try all the different ways we can design a great facility, propose various venue activation strategies, design overlay into new and existing event spaces – and share these ideas with you.
