We are the UK's premier organic brewery, making world-class beers from the finest organic malt and hops - grown on farms without chemicals - as nature intended. Based near Inverness, our brewery is based on our own organic farm, surrounded by 125 acres of land where we grown much of our own grain. Within our gardens, we also grow herbs, salad and vegetables bio-dynamically for our Inverness bar - and are kept company by the Hebridean sheep, horses, dogs and our very own Jersey house cow. Our beautiful, wild - and sometimes wet - Highland home is a little patch of paradise, and we love it!
