Black Owned Canada is created for the community by the community. Our goal is simple - to help as many of our fellow Black Business Owners in Canada with information and access to resources that will grow your business. We are Part Community and Part Business. We are a group of Canadian Black Business Owners and Marketing Professionals. We are drawn from different business backgrounds thus bringing a broader range of experiences and knowledge. Our Managing Team includes: Digital Marketing Education IT Real Estate Network Marketing The biggest part of our mandate is to EDUCATE our Fellow Business Owners on various areas of marketing, traffic generation, branding etc. OUR FIRST 2 EDUCATION CAMPAIGNS - Securing Your Website 1) HTTP to HTTPS Teaching our members how to SECURE their websites . In researching the feasibility of our venture we conducted a month long research and found that there are a large number of black owned business websites that were not secure and this will scare away potential customers. 2) Adding Social Covers to your Social Media Accounts Having a Blank Social Cover is not helping you gain customers.
