Our team of experienced engineers, led by industry veterans with over 37 years of expertise in manufacturing power electronics, has been at the forefront of LED driver technology since the transition from CFL and fluorescent lights to LED lighting. With a strong focus on research, development, and innovation, we ensure all our designs are created by a qualified team of electronics engineers. Every driver undergoes rigorous testing in our state-of-the-art lab, which is equipped with advanced technology like a 10KV surge generator, power analyzers, HV testers, leakage testers, meggers, and storage oscilloscopes. Additionally, our drivers are tested in environmental chambers to guarantee performance under India’s unique climatic conditions, ensuring optimal reliability.
Our production capability is unmatched. We have invested heavily in infrastructure, including five pick-and-place machines, one of which is a high-speed unit capable of placing 96,000 components per hour. With a daily production capacity of 20,000 drivers, we are rapidly expanding to reach our goal of producing 50,000 drivers per day by the end of the year.
