Black & Peri, is a femtech start up, dedicated to empowering Black women in midlife and beyond, particularly those navigating the menopause transition. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and solutions that enhance health, well-being, and quality of life during this transformative phase. Our Offerings Include: Menopause Transition Mastery Course: An in-depth online course designed to educate and empower women with the knowledge and tools needed to manage menopause effectively. One-on-One Coaching: Personalized coaching sessions to guide women through their menopause journey, offering tailored advice and support. Employee Assistance Training: Specialized training programs for organizations to support employees experiencing perimenopause and menopause, promoting a healthier, more understanding workplace. Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Coaching: Customized coaching focused on nutrition and overall wellness, helping women maintain a healthy lifestyle during menopause.
