The Rutgers Black Professionals Network

The Black Professionals Network (BPN) was created to provide a platform for students of color at Rutgers that emphasizes equal access to leadership and professional development opportunities. Founded on values like integrity, gratitude, and respect, the BPN is cultivating a culture of excellence and highly motivated students who will not only enter academic and professional spaces, but excel and thrive in them. Through developmental workshops, student-professional mentorship, information sessions, mixers, and engagement with alums, professors, and professionals, we guide students on their career paths while also fostering authentic networking opportunities.
