Black River Services uses technology to provide OSSF (On Site Septic Facility) design services on a full range of projects - large to small, commercial and residential. We provide a prompt professional design project and specialize in navigating regulatory complexities in Travis County, Hays County, Blanco County and the Texas Hill Country. Greg Nesbitt has a BS in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University. Greg spent 20 years in the Semiconductor Equipment industry where he held positions including Regional Manager and Worldwide Account Manager. In 2017, after a 20+ year career as a litigation paralegal and electronic discovery specialist, Loretta Nesbitt officially joined the team on a full time basis to focus on regulatory issues and OSSF design. We are fully insured and hold State of Texas / TCEQ Registered Professional Sanitarian, OSSF Installer II and OSSF Site Evaluator licenses. In addition to septic design services, we offer septic installation and repair, site preparation and landscape hardscaping services.
