Capacity Building, Community, and Events…. Black Tech Lead is a leading organization dedicated to empowering young African talent. Our core focus is on delivering comprehensive capacity-building programs, innovative events, and impactful policy advocacy. Our journey began in November 2023 with the launch of our founder's book, "Tech Hustle." The book's central message, encapsulated in the speech "Time to Tech Lead in Africa," started our movement. After hosting monthly events since April 2024, we officially registered as an organization in June of that year. Within months, we've impacted nearly 900 young Africans and garnered three prestigious awards and fellowships. Our goal is to empower over one million young Africans. By providing access to digital skills and leadership development, we aim to create a generation of tech-savvy innovators who will drive Africa's progress.
