REAL ESTATE
1. Real estate including the development of large- and small-format retail chains.
2. Real estate including the sale of retail parks and shopping centers, searching, purchasing/selling commercial land, searching for commercial premises.
3. Real estate in the scope of commercial plots (for commercial projects, markets, retail parks, car showrooms, logistics centers and gas stations, including so-called hubs) and recreational plots (developed or undeveloped).
EV
1. EV including mainly charging stations for electric vehicles.
2. EV including photovoltaic installations or project preparation and installations and as a result, in most cases, sale of existing farms or use for purposes related to the Client's business.
DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION and PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Construction in the broad sense from the preparatory and design phase to execution and fit-out, as well as project management, investor supervision, substitute investor and bank monitoring of investments.
SCIENCE and EDUCATION
Research and scientific and research work. Organization and conducting of didactic classes and exercises and laboratories.
OTHER
Bank mortgage receivables including searching for bank mortgage receivables and consulting in the implementation of investments related to the monetization of these investment projects.
