BLACKCYCLE

The BlackCycle project has an upcycling ambition, targeting to create a circular economy of the end-of-life tyre (ELT) into technical applications like tyre industry by producing high technical second raw materials (SRMs) from ELTs. These SRMs will be used to develop new ranges of passenger car and truck tyres, which will be sold commercially in European and global markets. This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 869625.
