The Black Dollar (BDLR) is a cryptocurrency designed with the sole purpose of empowering Black and disadvantaged communities to escape poverty and find a strong voice in society. The BDLR allows you to send and receive money on your phone or computer transactions many times faster and cheaper than any current fiat (paper money) system. The time has come, therefore, for disadvantaged communities to come together behind an alternative financial system and liberate themselves, thus, the creation of the Black Dollar. Through the Black Dollar, we envision a world where people in poverty have an alternative way to save, invest, and transact. The Black Dollar is a way for all people to establish a new economy by choice. An economy for the people, by the people.
