Blackfish is a software development company that specializes in web development and applications. Run by Thomas Brattli, a Norwegian expat with 16 years web experience from all over the world and Luis Yoroslav, a local MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) with years of experience in the local market we have the perfect combination to do work locally as well as off-shore. We are located in the North of Argentina (Salta) and though we do local work around 60% of our clients are abroad. Being in Argentina enables us to tap into a market of resources which is a lot less saturated than in Europe and the States. And of course it enables us to be competitive price-wise because of favourable exchange rates. All of our staff have university degrees and 2 of our senior developers are MCP’s (Microsoft Certified Professionals). Being a Microsoft Partner we use almost exclusively Microsoft technologies and we always thrive to use the newest and most effective technologies in our projects.
