The majority of our work is large-scale multifamily renovations. However, we also perform tenant improvements and new builds. We typically complete the apartment renovations in batches of vacant apartments. Depending on the size of the community, we are on site anywhere from six months to two years. Each jobsite has a superintendent overseeing the Blackhawk project team completing the scope that we self-perform, as well as managing all subcontractors. Because Blackhawk Construction, LLC is a family owned and operated company, every member of our team shares the same values and treats our clients as part of the family. Our clients will benefit from stable management that knows the business inside and out.
