The business focus of BlackIP GmbH lies in the field of intellectual property. We build bridges between different worlds, the language of the developers, scientists, engineers and the language of the commercial legal protection. Our goal is to support our customers in their endeavors to achieve the best possible protection for their intellectual property. We moderate a complex communication process between management and development of the customer and their attorneys or with well-known attorneys within our business network. We support you in the organization or reorganization of your internal patent system, train your employees. We monitor technology fields as well as intellectual property rights of your competitors , carry out patent researches and analyze patents. We offer the full service of an external patent department to small and medium-sized enterprises. We reduce temporary capacity overload in the patent division of our customers. The support starts before the initial idea, leads to the monitoring of the IPR, into the commercial utilization of the industrial property rights. Our main focus is the development of patent strategies for our customers and the definition of work flows for their patent business. This includes the support of the development process up to the economic exploitation. In addition we monitor relevant technology areas of our clients, notably those of their competitors. In order to automate these processes, we support the selection procedure, implementation and modification of suitable software solutions.
