Blacklight is a socially and environmentally responsible investor in, and developer and asset manager of, UK real estate. We drive genuine value from the assets we create, usually over a 3-5 year timeframe, investing alongside our investor-partners with the primary aim of generating outsize returns given the risk position taken. We invest in development sites or built assets with opportunities to add value through active asset management, with or without planning consent. Our current core focus is on the residential and student sector, however we are sector-agnostic and have a track record of delivering successful projects across all real estate sectors.
