Blackman Detective Services proudly re-introduced itself as being female-owned in 2019 when it was purchased by licensed private investigator and bondsman Jamie Mitchell. Jamie spent 5 years working as a full-time private investigator with Blackman Detective Services under the mentorship of Mr. Blackman and Mr. Bissette.
