Black Rainbow Movement

The Black Rainbow Movement (BRM) is a transformative organization at the intersection of queerness and race. Our mission is to create solutions that address the unique needs of people of color in the LGBTQIA+ community. Through engaging with this community, BRM provides spaces for celebration, serves as a monument to their history, and empowers individuals to recognize their value and voice. We promote inclusivity and visibility through initiatives such as art and cultural exchanges, Vogue Ballrooms, POC Drag Pageants, Film & Music Festivals, and more. BRM is a hub for resources, offering mentorship, job placement, resume building, and residential support. Our impact is vital, fostering empowerment and resilience for queer POC individuals.
