BlakInTek – Empowering through Connection, not Division As tech professionals, we know that innovation thrives on diversity and inclusion. Yet across France and Europe, Black professionals remain significantly underrepresented in the tech sector. This is more than a diversity issue. It’s a missed opportunity for talent, innovation, and economic growth. BlakInTek was created to address this gap not by isolating, but by building bridges. We are a global, open, and non-profit platform with our first chapter in France, dedicated to empowering Black tech professionals and creating real impact across Europe and Africa. Our mission is to connect, inspire, and empower Black professionals in the tech industry. We create spaces where our members feel valued, supported, and visible, while engaging with allies, institutions, and ecosystems that share our vision.
