I am grateful that when my husband and I adopted our son, I felt supported to take some time to bond with him. I wouldn’t have been able to do that –and have peace of mind – without the right resources to support me. Blank Consulting was created to support employees and organizations through parental (and other supplemental or short-term leave needs) without going through traditional contracting firms. I am a proven senior leader with experience across agencies (marketing and communications) and enterprise (Starbucks), and have a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership where I studied Peace Reconciliation in Northern Ireland with former combatants. I provide a unique perspective and ability to solve critical business problems through cross-functional collaboration.
