Our brand new (2022) Pangborn 4D1500-1000 Automated Blaster, can shot blast to SA2.5 (+SA1, SA2 & SA3) as well as in accordance with specific customer requirements. We use the highest quality abrasives to ensure all rust, scale and other contaminants have been completely removed, providing a good clean surface for primer/ paint to adhere.
Complementing our shot blasting service, we also offer weldable primer painting in a range of colours and dry film thicknesses to suit your application. In addition to primer painting, finished topcoats can also be applied. In line with our commitment to the environment, our steel primers are water based, odourless and environmentally friendly.
