Our aim is to encourage each student in their studies and ensure that he or she has the necessary tools at hand to understand and meet these learning goals. Base Line Data, Inc. (BLD) was established in 1985 as an On-Stream Corrosion Survey Company. Since that time, BLD has grown to meet the needs of our clients by utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and highly qualified personnel. BLD has expanded to form Base Line Data Career Center, Inc. to offer beginner and seasoned professionals a chance to further their education in the growing field of inspection. Both entities share a 23,000 sq. ft. office in Portland, Texas that serves as our corporate headquarters and a vocational college for inspection disciplines.
