Our focus is on buildings, commercial, retail, recreation, hospitality, education, residential, and institutional projects. Our staff has varied experience, expertise, and skills. We leverage consultant contractors for specialist contributors as required. We partner with like minded firms and individuals to bring efficient, effective, and practical solutions to our clients' projects. Providing experienced and trusted construction professionals to support Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post Construction stages of the project. Focused on teamwork, collaboration, Lean Construction practices, emphasis on sustainability, leveraging technology, commitment to safety and quality, transparency, and partnering with all stakeholders. Experience with all delivery models with an emphasis on Construction Management, Design Build, and Integrated Project Delivery. Shadow Pre-Construction Services including Class D to A Budget, Scheduling & Planning, and Constructability Reviews to advance design with contractor input and help clients bring their projects to market with less changes and to fit proformas. Early Contractor Involvement with an opportunity to hire a contractor when you are ready.
