Our mission is to allow buyers to be able to negotiate with the owner of the property online. Bleiim allows homebuyers and owners to handle negotiations effectively and quickly. We do this by having offers expire in 24 hours. Bleiim handles the transaction after a deal is closed, making the experience seamless. How does it work? 1) Request to view a property Choose your desired date and time and we will have someone show you the property. 2) Place an offer Once you view the property you will be able to place an offer. The owner might give you a counter-offer so look out for that. 3) Confirm Once a deal is closed you we will help you sign paperwork and deliver to you the title of the property.
