Blend Projects is a design, build and construction management company. It was created to help property owners and homeowners realize their vision of building a customized cabin, garden suite, lane-way home, backyard office & studio, or another structure with a cost effective solution and design that maximizes design, space and functionality.
The materials Blend uses demonstrates the latest construction technology in the natural setting of the Pacific Northwest. The structures will be built using prefabricated construction materials in order to minimize labour time, decrease overall budgets and construction costs, and speed-up construction timelines.
We are focused on collaborating with our clients to design structures that have a minimal impact on the environment and are energy efficient. We use ethically sourced wood, metal sheet cladding and finishes made with ecological materials comprise the building. Blend’s in house architect and permaculture design allows for fast design adaptations that align with sustainable values.
