No further than a 2 minute walk from U-Bahnhof Boddinstraße, Blender is home to a 60 sqm photography studio and co-operative hub, in the cultural heart of Neukölln. Over a total available area of 80 sqm, we offer a versatile and generously- equipped work space and inclusive environment, in which the only limits are those that you as an artist impose on yourself. Blender is a concept of community and diverse intersection between local creatives and professionals, where coexistence is an opportunity not only to familiarise with fellow members of the field, but to enrich and support one another's ideas and ventures, and optimise our own potential as part of a collective. The studio is specialised for, but not limited to the purpose of editorial and commercial shoots, personal projects, castings and showroom viewings. Covid-19 information: Our space is plentiful in natural ventilation, and is suitable to capacitate for a team of up to ten people, according to Covid safety regulations. Mouth and nose covering should be worn at all times on the premises, and surfaces should be regularly disinfected. The studio and all communal facilities are cleaned before and after each shoot, and personal details are retained in accordance with data protection laws for contact tracing. Here at Blender we are aware of the disproportionate impact that Covid-19 has on black, ethnic and indigenous communities. We have a responsibility to ensure that it is possible for artists to safely continue creating during these times of crisis, and feel that those of us with the privilege of materializing this dialogue have a duty to centre the voices and experiences of the pioneering and under-represented. *We are queer friendly, BIPOC safe and wheelchair accessible.
