Bleu Ciel Conseil is a boutique consulting company specialized in Power-to-X and public services. Some reference projects: • Managed onsite development activities for a Green Hydrogen project aiming to produce e-fuels (e-methanol and e-kerosene) in the south of Morocco, following the Moroccan Offer for Green Hydrogen release, for a european industrial company specialized in decarbonizing maritime and aviation transport • Delivered a research study on how to structure Green Hydrogen related projects in Morocco, following a model that can be replicated in other African regions • Delivered a feasibility study for a major international energy provider on the possibility to develop a hydropower project in Morocco, powered by renewable energy and acting as energy storage to reduce the effect of renewables intermittency • Ran a study on setting up a regional value chain for e-mobility between the Democratic Republic of Congo, Morocco and Zambia, for the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, including the requirements to set up sound business environments, investment opportunities, policies and regulations around intellectual property, intra-continental trade, market competition and entry barriers • Participated in the organizational design and launch of the Moroccan Agency for the Regulation of Activities related to medical, pharmaceutical and industrial Cannabis including the definition of text laws, the operating model, the organizational chart, the procedures and the traceability system
