Brij Literature Festival

Founded in 2017, The Brij Literature Festival (BLF) is a magnificent national-level literature carnival at the birthplace of Lord Krishna, embodying a rich heritage and the great history of literature. Brij Literature Festival is a beautiful initiative in the form of a celebration by Club Literario – the Literature Club of the Department of English, GLA University, Mathura – to promote and preserve the rich heritage of Braj, as well as that of the nation. The ambition of BLF is to foster and uphold the great cultural traditions of Brij and portray the immense profoundness of the kind of literature it holds. With over 1,00,000+ students from all over the country already participated, Brij Literature Festival is an extravaganza event. It promises to feature activities like Literary Talks, Authors’ Conclave, Several Workshops, Competitions, Book Fair, ‘Brij Mela,’ Cultural Nights, and Readings by the writers from various walks of life. The festival provides a great opportunity for the participants and the audience to learn and admire the beauty of Brij literature.
