Our programs are modeled after the science-backed, Psychology-based model of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to transform behaviors. The Awareness Advantage program is a 5-month hybrid, self-paced, and group learning program that uses micro-learning so people change over time. Behavioral change takes time and cannot be accomplished through knowledge alone.
