We are a traditional Chinese Martial Arts School, with training programs for adults of all ages, and children from ages 5 and up. The style that we teach stems from the heart of Chinatown, New York. We focus more on growing our students mentally and spiritually, in addition to offering a stimulating physical workout that is rooted from the time-honored teachings of our Kung Fu lineage.
