As the founder of McKinsey’s design research & insights practice, I established and grew a team of one to more than 50 researchers, data analysts, and data scientists globally. As part of that transformation, I built our talent architecture, designed our recruitment and evaluation criteria, established our research philosophy, operations, and tooling – and more. After more than fifteen years as a product, design and design research leader at one of the world’s most influential organizations, I’m turning my focus outward to help you transform your team and deliver products and services that your customers love.
