Retained Search Retained searches also allows you to begin interviewing qualified candidates with a white glove guarantee that we will deliver at least 3 qualified candidates for any retained search within 72 hours of executing the search. All retained searches require an initial deposit or retainer paid in advance which guarantees you 3 candidates within 72 hours. In addition we guarantee that all candidates submitted to you for your open role will only be submitted to you and no other clients searching for the same role. The balance of the fee is ONLY paid if you hire one of our candidates. If you don't hire anyone, you don't pay us anything else.
