BLOCK Capital

BLOCK Capital serves as the private equity investment division of BLOCK Financial. The organization is responsible for generating, growing and sustaining investment money for their sister companies and clients. The company was originally formed as an independent company named Red Block Investments in 2002. It was acquired by Red Block Holdings in 2015 and existed as the oldest subsidiary in the BLOCK family of companies. Upon merging with BLOCK Ventures in 2018, the company announced it would be re-aligned to the Capital division of BLOCK Financial, a subsidiary of BLOCK Financial Holdings, North America.
