BLOCK Financial functions as the private equity venture capital investment banking subsidiary within the BLOCK family of companies. Our primary responsibility is to invest, monitor, grow and sustain investments for our consumers, business clients and internal subsidiaries. BLOCK Financial was formed as a result of the 2018 merger between BLOCK Capital and BLOCK Ventures. It now serves as the primary banking, lending, trust, insurance and venture capital financial management division of BLOCK Financial Holdings, North America.
