Blocklift’s mission is to democratize private markets by giving individual investors access while making fundraising more equitable for founders of young companies. Blocklift is an equity crowdfunding platform: through the platform startups can raise money and individual investors can participate in funding rounds of early-stage companies. Every transaction on Blocklift is registered in a smart contract on a blockchain. These contracts take over the administrative task of managing approvals between participants and transferring the funds automatically when the transaction embedded within the contract has been verified. www.blocklift.es
