BLOCK Trust

BLOCK Trust is the real estate investment arm which serves as our corporate trust and manages all real property investments for the BLOCK family of companies. We also offer estate planning services and power of attorney - specializing in wills, trusts and probate consulting services. Our main purpose is to purchase, develop and manage income-producing property. The property division manages personal and real property ownership related to land, improvements and construction - including residential, commercial and industrial applications. The trust was originally formed as an independent named the Red Block Corporate Trust in 2012. We were acquired by Red Block Holdings in 2015 and were formerly aligned under the property division of Red Block Enterprises, managed by the Red Block Corporation. Our assets and financial holdings were separated in 2019 and we presently operate as the BLOCK Trust directly under BLOCK Financial Holdings, North America.
