Blok Party was the company behind TapTop - a social gaming platform that aimed to bring everyone to the table again for meaningful and engaging social interaction. The TapTop was a first of it's kind tabletop gaming console that could detect and interact with physical-digital collectibles by providing digital provenance to physical-digital games using a proprietary blockchain to track physical-digital collectibles. Using a proprietary RFID technology, TapTop unlocked new dimensions of entertainment by adding digital context to physical game pieces for a truly magical experience. Furthermore, TapTop — Alexa Built-In created new ways to interact with gaming by bringing the much beloved Alexa Smart Screen SDK to an entirely new experience.
