Bloom Bake Shop CT

At Bloom Bake Shop our goal is to spread joy through our baked goods. Everything we make is from scratch and custom made to order. We love all things local, floral, and baked. Bloom Bake Shop was started in 2020 by Monica Beaudoin, a Connecticut native. After attending Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, Monica worked as a pastry chef and cafe manager for many years. Bloom Bake Shop’s signature style mixes her classic training from university and her experience with rustic country style baking from working in Virginia. In the Summer of 2021, Monica’s sister Alex and her dad Rich joined her in the business. You can find team Bloom at local farmers’ markets and pop-ups in Connecticut.
