Bloom Neurodiversity

Bloom Neurodiversity Support and Consulting has a goal to build a working world that is successful for all brains. We do this through storytelling and working with individuals or organizations how they can best support their neurodivergent workers. We have a curriculum we work through with clients to fit their needs. The idea for Bloom came to fruition when Grace and Kyra saw a lack of workplace neurodivergent consulting. They believed it would be more authentic coming from people in the community. While we do not speak for all neurodivergent people, we do our best to make sure we include the community perspective in our work.
