Blooming Heights L.L.C (BHL) is a trading, contracting and transport company that has been in Qatar since 2009. Blooming Heights is sister company to Redco Construct Pakistan Pvt. Ltd., which has been in the construction and trading business in Pakistan for over 25 years. Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Khan, the founder of Blooming Heights and Redco Construct, is an entrepreneur who is familiar with not only the Pakistani market, but also the Qatari market, since the 1980s. He has extensive experience and knowledge in the construction and trading sectors, and has created a reliable and trusted name in both Countries. Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Khan has also had the honor of being a chairperson on the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) & President of Asian Cricket Council.
