BLU EAT, which stands for “Be Like You EAT!”, is an innovative French Foodtech, which has been founded in August 2020 despite the pandemic to convert plant-based science into convenience beverages. Seeing people suffering from stressful times and unhealthy and not nutritious foods, we are passionate to bring our contribution to changing consumption behavior, educating people that food can be sustainable, healthy and tasty. Accordingly, our products are based on plants, with algae a core, nutritious, functional and with a great taste. We are working in a small team of industry experts, supported by a sound advisory board. Designed as a multi-brand company, we are preparing to launch our first beverage under our proprietary brand next year, in 2022.
