BlueApp

BlueApp is an open innovation hub and technology accelerator for sustainable chemistry and materials. We are situated on the climate neutral business park Blue Gate Antwerp close to the Port of Antwerp-Bruges and one of the largest chemical clusters in the world. BlueApp brings together start-ups, expertise of University of Antwerp and industry and enables them to develop, validate and demonstrate technologies and their market readiness. We support entrepreneurial community and promising companies on their growth journey. Our innovation hub is equipped with customized labs for the production, treatment or analysis of (bio)materials, gases and liquids and a unique pilot hall for scale up of the promising technologies. We focus on circular water, clean air, carbon recycling and sustainable hydrogen.
